Cut the bread to obtain nine match-shaped pieces
Toast the pieces of bread until golden
Spread the garlic butter on each piece of bread and toast in the oven for additional 3 minutes or until bread is crunchy
On a plate, add the pieces of bread and sprinkle with parmesan/romano blend and parsley to taste
Add the Olive's tapenade on the side
In a blender add all of the ingredients and mix until the right consistency has been reached
Soften the butter, finely ground the black garlic, and mix well until both ingredients are combined, add salt if needed. Refrigerate.
