Ingredients
Peaches and Cream Pizza Yield: one 12" pizza- 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
- 6 oz. (6 slices) Grande Avorio® Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- 3 oz. Grande Stracciatella
- 3 (18 slices) Peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ oz. (6 slices) Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 9 Fresh basil leaves, small
- Olive oil, to taste
- Chili flakes, to taste
Directions
Peaches and Cream Pizza- Stretch pizza dough to 12" round.
- Top with 6 Grande Avorio slices.
- Bake at 500°F-550°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Remove pizza and cut into 6 slices.
- Top each pizza slice with 3 peach slices and one slice of Prosciutto.
- Finish with 3 oz. Grande Stracciatella, 9 basil leaves, chili flakes and drizzle of olive oil.
