Brush 5 toasted baguette slices lightly with garlic butter; top evenly with 3 oz. sliced Grande Prima Dolce® Ricotta and 2 slices soppressata; arrange toast on plate.
Top toast evenly with 3 1/2 oz. Marinated Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe).
Combine all ingredients in container and gently toss to blend. Cover and chill to hold.
