Add 1 tsp. Cajun spices to 2 oz. Alfredo sauce, mix well, and spread evenly over pizza dough.
3Top with 2 oz. roasted red peppers, 4 oz. Andouille sausage and 4 oz. Grande Fumella.
4Bake at 900
oF for 60 to 90 seconds or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
5Remove pizza from oven and garnish with 1/2 oz. chopped green onions. Cut into slices and serve.
