Spread 3 oz. chipotle bacon aioli evenly over pizza dough, top with 10 oz. Grande Fumella and 6 oz. Chorizo.
3Bake at 500°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
4Remove pizza from oven and finish with cilantro. Cut into slices and serve.
Chipotle Bacon Aioli
5Combine 1/2 lbs. bacon, 12 oz. Chipotle peppers and puree.
6Add 2 cups Mayonnaise and 2 tsp. salt and puree until smooth.
7Store in squeeze bottle or sealed container.
