Tagliata Sandwich

1.7 oz Black Garlic Aioli

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette longwise in half and toast the bread.
  2. Season and cook the steak to the desired doneness and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. Add the garlic aioli on both sides of the bread.
  4. Slice the steak and add it to the bread.
  5. Add two slices of Provonello on the steak and let it melt in the oven.
  6. When the cheese is melted, add arugula, olive oil, sundried tomatoes, and shaved parmesan.

Garlic aioli

  1. In a container, add mayonnaise, black garlic powder, and stir to combine the ingredients.
  2. Make the aioli, at least two hours before using it.
