They recruit top industry talent to teach immersive, hands-on courses that focus on theoretical and practical methods for creating the very best pizza. NAPCA offers the classic teachings and traditions for all levels of students. They host theory and hands-on workshops according to the guidelines and curriculum of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli in Italy, plus demonstrations and 1 and 3 day non certification immersion courses. They also help new operators and seasoned operators through consultation and troubleshooting.

The Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana is an international organization seeking to cultivate the culinary art of making Neapolitan pizza. They train operators to create the ‘true Neapolitan pizza’ according to the strict rules and guidelines described in the International Regulations Book since 1984.

Fire Within Wood Fired University teaches operators how to build a mobile wood fired catering enterprise, as well as every aspect of becoming a successful pizzaiola, both in front of the oven, and back of house. Fire Within has helped change the wood-fired industry with now over two thousand plus oven owners — many of whom have helped teach and inspire the next generation of top talent.

Since its inception, the World Pizza Champions team has grown into a U.S. based non-profit, multinational group made up of elite pizza professionals. Through international competition, educational outreach, public demonstrations, and community-based service the team is dedicated to promoting pizza making as a respected craft and viable career choice.

Women in Pizza is an organization committed to championing gender equality and fostering professional growth for women in all facets of the pizza industry. They seek to give more voice to the under-represented female segment of pizzaioli and hope to inspire more women to follow their pizza passion and join our industry.
