Chicken, Spinach & Artichoke Pizza

Yield: One 14-inch pizza

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 4 oz. Pizza sauce
  • 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend, shredded
  • 4 oz. Chicken, cooked, chopped
  • 4 oz. Marinated artichokes, drained, chopped
  • 3 oz. Fresh spinach, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Roll out dough to form pizza crust.
  2. Spread 4 oz. pizza sauce over crust.
  3. Top with 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend, 4 oz. cooked chicken, 4 oz. chopped artichokes and 3 oz. fresh spinach.
  4. Bake at 500°F for 6 to 9 minutes in deck oven or 5 to 7 minutes in an impingement oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
