Deep Fried Burrata with Spicy Tomato Sauce

Create a breading station by placing flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into individual bowls.
Remove Burrata from freezer and dredge in flour, coat with eggs, roll into bread crumbs, then roll into eggs again, and coat with bread crumbs.
In a deep fryer preheated to 350°F, gently place breaded Burrata into oil and fry until golden brown. Approximately 2 to 3 minutes
On plate, place 1 cup marinara sauce to coat bottom of plate and place fried Burrata onto center of plate. Garnish with parmesan and chopped parsley.
Spicy Marinara
Yield: Two servings of spicy marinara
Ingredients
28 oz. can Italian whole peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. Sea salt
2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Fresh garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Crushed red pepper
2 leaves Fresh basil, chopped
Directions
Empty can of tomatoes into a bowl. Using your hands, crush tomatoes until chunky.
In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and add garlic, cook until golden brown, but not burnt, add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Season with salt, crushed red pepper and basil.
