Fajita Piadina

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 4.5 oz. Grande East Coast Blend®
  • 3 oz. Chorizo, ground and cooked
  • 3 oz. Chicken, cubed and grilled
  • 3 oz. Steak, cubed and grilled
  • 2.5 oz. Onions, sliced
  • 2.5 oz Peppers, sliced
  • 3 oz. Sour cream
  • Cilantro, to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 8” round.
  2. Top with 4.5 oz. Grande East Coast Blend, 3 oz. grilled chicken, 3 oz. chorizo, 3 oz. grilled steak
  3. Bake at 500°F for approximately 9 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven. On half of the piadina add 2.5 oz. sliced onions, 2.5 oz. sliced peppers and 3 oz. sour cream and cilantro to taste.
  5. Fold piadina in half and serve.
