8oz. Lemon juice, fresh (1 cup)
4oz. White wine vinegar (1/2 cup)
1/2oz. Sugar (1 tbsp.)
2tsp. Kosher salt

1/2oz. Shallots, minced (1 tbsp.)
1tsp. Garlic, minced
1/4tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
16oz. Olive oil (2 cups)
Variations
To serve as an appetizer salad, slice 4 oz. Grande Ovoline Fresh Mozzarella into 2-inch pieces and arrange over 1 oz. lettuce blend. Drizzle 2 oz. Lemon Basil Marinade over the top and garnish plate with 1 lemon wedge and 2 toasted baguette slices

Marinated Mozzarella Bruschetta

Place 5 slices Grande Fresh Mozzarella in shallow container; drizzle 2 oz. Lemon Basil Marinade over cheese slices to evenly coat.

Arrange 5 toasted baguette slices on appetizer plate; top evenly with 1/2 oz. lettuce blend and marinated cheese slices. Drizzle remaining marinade evenly over baguette slices.

Garnish plate with 1 lemon wedge and 1 basil sprig.

Combine all ingredients in food processor fitted with a steel blade. Mix until fully blended.
