Ingredients
Pizza Nocciola Yield: one 12" pizza- 14 oz. Pizza dough, slacked
- 3 oz. Chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 oz. Strawberries, sliced
- 2 oz. Blueberries
- 1 ½ oz. Grande Stracciatella
- Powdered sugar
- Optional: 1 tsp. freshly ground espresso
Directions
Pizza Nocciola- Stretch pizza dough to 12" round.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 500°F-550°F or until crust is golden brown.
- Remove pizza and top with 3 oz. chocolate hazelnut spread.
- Using a piping bag, add 1 ½ oz. dollops of Grande Stracciatella.
- Finish with 2 oz. sliced strawberries, 2 oz. blueberries and powdered sugar.
- Optional: Sprinkle with 1 tsp. ground espresso.
- Cut into slices and serve.
