Pizza Nocciola

This craveable dessert pizza will soon become a must-have for customers returning to your restaurant. It’s a combination of fresh strawberries, blueberries and creamy Grande Stracciatella over a layer of chocolate hazelnut spread.

Pizza Nocciola Yield: one 12" pizza
  • 14 oz. Pizza dough, slacked
  • 3 oz. Chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 oz. Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 oz. Blueberries
  • 1 ½ oz. Grande Stracciatella
  • Powdered sugar
  • Optional: 1 tsp. freshly ground espresso

Directions

Pizza Nocciola
  1. Stretch pizza dough to 12" round.
  2. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 500°F-550°F or until crust is golden brown.
  3. Remove pizza and top with 3 oz. chocolate hazelnut spread.
  4. Using a piping bag, add 1 ½ oz. dollops of Grande Stracciatella.
  5. Finish with 2 oz. sliced strawberries, 2 oz. blueberries and powdered sugar.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with 1 tsp. ground espresso.
  7. Cut into slices and serve.
