Pizza Piacevole

Yield: One 12" pizza

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 3 oz. Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 oz. Grande Fior·di·Latte, diced
  • 3/4 oz. Red onion, shaved
  • 1 oz. Calabrian chili peppers, diced
  • 10 Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 1/2 oz. Grande Stracciatella

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 12" round.
  2. Top with 3 oz. Italian sausage, 3 oz. Grande Fior·di·Latte, 3/4 oz. shaved red onion and 1 oz. Calabrian chili peppers.
  3. Add 10 fresh basil leaves.
  4. Bake at 500-550°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
  5. Remove pizza from oven and top with 2 1/2 oz. Grande Stracciatella.
  6. Cut into slices and serve.
