Romano Ranch And Fresh Spinach Pizza

Yield: One 14-inch Pizza

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Ball of pizza dough
  • 4 oz. Alfredo sauce, prepared
  • 2 oz. Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 12 oz. Grande Mozzarella, shredded or diced
  • 2 oz. Ranch dressing, prepared
  • 4 tbsp. Grande Romano, grated
  • 2 oz. Tomatoes, fresh, chopped
  • 2 oz. Fresh leaf spinach, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. Black pepper, coarse ground

Directions

  1. Roll out dough to form crust.
  2. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over crust.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tbsp. Grande Romano and black pepper evenly over the sauce.
  4. Top with sliced mushrooms and Grande Mozzarella.
  5. Bake until the crust is nicely browned and cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. Toss the spinach with Ranch dressing, 2 tbsp. grated Grande Romano and diced tomatoes, then evenly distribute over cooked pizza. Slice.
