Carefully pull away a full leaf of radicchio.

Cut a second leaf into 1/8 ” strips and mix in bowl with mesclun, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Gently fold in Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce® cubes.

Serve in radicchio leaf.
