Ingredients
Asiago Applewood Smoked Bacon Chicken Pizza Yield: One 14-inch pizza- 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
- Olive oil, as needed
- 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend cheese, shredded
- 1/2 oz. Sweet yellow onions, sliced
- 2 1/2 oz. Roma tomatoes, thin sliced
- 4 oz. Grilled chicken, 1-inch diced
- 3 oz. Bacon, cooked, chopped
- 8 Basil leaves, chiffonade
Directions
Asiago Applewood Smoked Bacon Chicken Pizza- Roll out dough to form pizza crust.
- Spread olive oil over crust.
- Top with 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend cheese, 1/2 oz. onions, 21/2 oz. tomatoes, 4 oz. chicken and 3 oz. bacon.
- Bake at 500°F for 6 to 9 minutes in deck oven or 5 to 7 minutes in an impingement oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Top with fresh basil and slice.
