Asiago Applewood Smoked Bacon Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend cheese, shredded
  • 1⁄2 oz. Sweet yellow onions, sliced
  • 2 1⁄2 oz. Roma tomatoes, thin sliced
  • 4 oz. Grilled chicken, 1-inch diced
  • 3 oz. Bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 8 Basil leaves, chiffonade

Directions

  1. Roll out dough to form pizza crust.
  2. Spread olive oil over crust.
  3. Top with 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend cheese, 1/2 oz. onions, 2 1/2 oz. tomatoes, 4 oz. chicken and 3 oz. bacon.
  4. Bake at 500°F for 6 to 9 minutes in deck oven or 5 to 7 minutes in an impingement oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  5. Top with fresh basil and slice.
