Black Garlic Bread

Black Garlic Bread

Yield: One appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 2 oz Black Garlic Butter
  • Grated Parmesan/Romano Blend to Taste
  • Parsley to Taste
  • 5 oz Olive’s Tapenade

Directions

  1. Cut the bread to obtain nine match-shaped pieces
  2. Toast the pieces of bread until golden
  3. Spread the garlic butter on each piece of bread and toast in the oven for additional 3 minutes or until bread is crunchy
  4. On a plate, add the pieces of bread and sprinkle with parmesan/romano blend and parsley to taste
  5. Add the Olive's tapenade on the side

Olive’s Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz Kalamata Olives
  • 0.5 oz Capers
  • 3 fillets Anchovies (0.3 oz)
  • 1.5 oz Parsley
  • 0.6 oz Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (0.3 oz)

Directions

  1. In a blender add all of the ingredients and mix until the right consistency has been reached

Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Black Garlic
  • 0.1 oz. Salt to Taste

Directions

  1. Soften the butter, finely ground the black garlic, and mix well until both ingredients are combined, add salt if needed. Refrigerate.
