Ingredients

  • 1 Grande Burrata ball
  • 3 Slices grilled Italian bread
  • 3 Slices of Prosciutto
  • 1⁄2 oz. Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper, as needed

Directions

  1. Arrange 1 Grande Burrata on appetizer plate with 3 slices prosciutto and 3 slices grilled Italian bread.
  2. Drizzle 1/2 oz. extra virgin olive oil over Grande Burrata and season with sea salt and freshcracked black pepper.
