Garlic, chopped

Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella

Peppadew peppers

Capicola, sliced

Hot Honey
Instructions

Stretch pizza dough to 12” round.

Layer dough with 1/2 oz. olive oil and 1/2 oz. chopped garlic.

Top with 4 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. peppadew peppers and 4 oz. capicola.

Bake at 900
o
F for 60 to 90 seconds or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and drizzle with hot honey.
