Caprese Pizzetta

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 2 oz. Tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. Grande Fior di Latte Ovoline, sliced
  • 2 oz. Tomatoes, sliced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Basil, to taste
  • Grande Parmesan, shaved, to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 5” round and place on a pan covered with parchment paper.
  2. Add 2 oz. tomato sauce.
  3. Bake at 500°F for approximately 9 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  4. Remove pizza from oven and top with 4 oz. Grande Fior di Latte Ovoline, 2 oz. sliced tomatoes, and black pepper.
  5. Finish with olive oil, basil and Grande Parmesan, shaved.
