Ingredients
Cheesy Pepperoni Pinwheels Yield: 12 pinwheels- 14 oz. dough ball
- 2 1/2 oz. Pizza sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic, chopped
- 5 Basil leaves, chopped
- 4 oz. Grande East Coast Blend® Mozzarella, shredded or diced
- 1 oz. Grande Romano, grated
- 10 slices Pepperoni
Directions
Cheesy Pepperoni Pinwheels- Roll pizza dough into a rectangle shape about 11" x 8".
- Brush dough with pizza sauce.
- Top with garlic, basil, Grande Mozzarella, Grande Romano and pepperoni.
- Roll dough up like a jelly roll.
- Slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Place pieces with spiral face up into a muffin pan.
- Bake at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
