Cheesy Pepperoni Pinwheels

Yield: 12 pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. dough ball
  • 2 1⁄2 oz. Pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, chopped
  • 5 Basil leaves, chopped
  • 4 oz. Grande East Coast Blend® Mozzarella, shredded or diced
  • 1 oz. Grande Romano, grated
  • 10 slices Pepperoni

Directions

  1. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle shape about 11" x 8".
  2. Brush dough with pizza sauce.
  3. Top with garlic, basil, Grande Mozzarella, Grande Romano and pepperoni.
  4. Roll dough up like a jelly roll.
  5. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Place pieces with spiral face up into a muffin pan.
  7. Bake at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
