Chocolate Swirl Dessert Pizza
This dessert pizza is extremely simple to make. Using only a few ingredients, you can serve up this sweet pie in no time. Spread rich cannoli cream on fresh pizza dough, bake, and then finish with a swirled design of warm chocolate sauce and a sprinkling of semisweet chocolate chips.

Stretch out pizza dough to form a 12-inch crust.

Spread 1 cup Cannoli Cream on pizza dough.

Bake at 500°F for 5 to 7 minutes in an impingement over or for 7 to 8 minutes in a deck oven.

Remove from oven and swirl 1/2 cup of warm chocolate sauce and sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over the pizza.

Combine all three ingredients and whip together well.
Variations

Add another dimension of flavor and color to this dessert by swirling a second sauce, such as raspberry, caramel or strawberry, or dusting with cinnamon.
