Fig Crostini

Ingredients

  • 5 Baguette slices, ½-inch thick
  • 3 ¾ oz. Fig jam
  • 5 oz. Grande Stracciatella
  • Truffle honey, to taste
  • 1 sprig Fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Olive oil, as needed

Directions

  1. Season each slice of bread with olive oil and place on a sheet pan.
  2. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and slightly soft in the middle.
  3. Spread ¾ oz. fig jam over each slice.
  4. Top fig jam with 1 oz. Grande Stracciatella.
  5. Drizzle with truffle honey, a pinch of sea salt and garnish with thyme leaves.
