Season each slice of bread with olive oil and place on a sheet pan.

Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and slightly soft in the middle.

Spread ¾ oz. fig jam over each slice.

Top fig jam with 1 oz. Grande Stracciatella.

Drizzle with truffle honey, a pinch of sea salt and garnish with thyme leaves.
