Four Cheese Pizzetta

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 3.5 oz. Grande East Coast Blend®
  • 1 oz. Grande Ricotta Sopraffina®
  • 2 oz. Grande Stracciatella
  • Grande Asiago, shaved to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 5” round and place on a pan covered with parchment paper.
  2. Add 3.5 oz. Grande East Coast Blend and bake at 500°F for approximately 9 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  3. Remove pizza from oven and top with 1 oz. Grande Ricotta Sopraffina, 2 oz. Grande Stracciatella and Grande Asiago.
  4. Finish with black pepper and olive oil.
