Gyro Piadina

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 4.5 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend
  • 5 oz. Chicken, grilled
  • 2 oz. Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 oz. Onion, diced
  • 3.5 oz. Tzatziki sauce
  • 3 leaves Lettuce
  • Parsley, to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 8” round.
  2. Top with 4.5 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago blend and 5 oz. grilled chicken.
  3. Bake at 500°F for approximately 9 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven. On half of the piadina add 3 lettuce leaves, 2 oz. diced tomatoes, 2 oz. diced onions, 3.5 oz. tzatziki sauce and parsley to taste.
  5. Fold piadina in half and serve.
