Pepperoni Pizzetta

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 2 oz. Tomato sauce
  • 3.5 oz. Grande East Coast Blend®
  • 5 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 oz. Grande Ricotta Sopraffina®
  • Grande Parmesan, grated to taste
  • Hot Honey, to taste
  • Basil, to taste
  • Red pepper, crushed to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 5” round and place on a pan covered with parchment paper.
  2. Add 2 oz. tomato sauce, 3.5 oz. Grande East Coast Blend and 5 slices pepperoni.
  3. Bake at 500°F for approximately 9 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  4. Remove pizza from oven and top with 1 oz. Grande Ricotta Sopraffina, Grande Parmesan, grated, drizzle of hot honey, red pepper and basil.
