Roadhouse Pizza

Yield: One 14" Pizza

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 3 oz. Cannonball Sauce
  • 5 oz. Pulled pork, prepared
  • 8 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
  • 2 oz. Bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 2 oz. Pickles, sliced
  • 2 oz. Jalapeño peppers, sliced

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 14” round.
  2. Spread 3 oz. cannonball sauce evenly over pizza dough.
  3. Top with 5 oz. pulled pork, 8 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. chopped bacon, 2 oz. sliced pickles and 2 oz. sliced Jalapeño peppers.
  4. Bake at 500°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  5. Remove pizza from oven, and cut into slices and serve.

Cannonball Sauce

Yield: One 14" Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 gallon Smokey BBQ sauce
  • 20 oz. Ketchup
  • 3 oz. Yellow mustard
  • 2 oz. Black pepper
  • 2 cups Red hot
  • 1 oz. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz. Salt
  • 4 oz. Honey
  • 4 oz. Grande Romano, grated

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and store in deli containers.
