Spaghetti & Prima Dolce®

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • Red pepper, to taste
  • 1⁄2 cup Grape tomatoes, halved
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 oz. Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce®, cubed

Directions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. In a sauté pan, add extra virgin olive oil and garlic, cook until garlic browns slightly.
  3. Add onion and pepper flakes. Cook until onion is softened, then add tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes break their skin and they begin to soften slightly.
  4. Add cooked pasta and toss or stir to combine. Add cubes of Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce® and basil and toss lightly to combine.
