Spaghetti is tossed with basil, garlic, olive oil and sautéed grape tomatoes then delicately mixed with cubes of Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce® to create a twist on a classic Italian dish.
In a sauté pan, add extra virgin olive oil and garlic, cook until garlic browns slightly.
Add onion and pepper flakes. Cook until onion is softened, then add tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes break their skin and they begin to soften slightly.
Add cooked pasta and toss or stir to combine. Add cubes of Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce® and basil and toss lightly to combine.
