Tikka Masala Pizzetta

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 3.5 oz. Grande Mozzarella Cheddar Blend
  • 2 oz. Tikka masala sauce
  • 3.5 oz. Chicken, grilled and cubed
  • 2 oz. onions, diced
  • 3 oz. Yogurt dressing
  • Cilantro, to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 5” round and place on a pan covered with parchment paper.
  2. Add 3.5 oz. Grande Mozarella Cheddar Blend, 3.5 oz. grilled chicken, 2 oz. tikka masala sauce, 2 oz. diced onion.
  3. Bake at 500°F for approximately 9 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  4. Remove pizza from oven and top with 1 oz. Grande Ricotta Sopraffina, Grande grated Parmesan, drizzle of hot honey, red pepper and basil.
  5. Plate and finish with 3 oz. yogurt dressing and cilantro.
