Strawberries and Cream
The sweet cream flavor of Grande Stracciatella makes a great dessert all by itself. But by adding strawberries, almonds and honey, it creates a unique, healthy and colorful dessert option that will generate post-worthy social media pictures for your customers.

Ingredients
- 5 oz. Strawberries, stem removed
- 2 oz. Grande Stracciatella
- 1/4 oz. Honey
- 1/4 oz. Honey roasted almonds, sliced
- 5 Fresh mint sprig clusters, for garnish
Directions
- Place 2 oz. Grande Stracciatella on the center of plate.
- Arrange 5 oz. slice strawberries in a shingled format around Grande Stracciatella
- Drizzle 1/4 oz. honey onto strawberries and Grande Stracciatella
- Sprinkle with 1/4 oz. honey roasted almonds
- Arrange 5 fresh mint sprig clusters and serve
