Capicola Fumella Pizza

Yield: One 12" pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 1⁄2 oz. Olive oil
  • 1⁄2 oz. Garlic, chopped
  • 4 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
  • 2 oz. Peppadew peppers
  • 4 oz. Capicola, sliced
  • 1 oz. Hot Honey

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 12” round.
  2. Layer dough with 1/2 oz. olive oil and 1/2 oz. chopped garlic.
  3. Top with 4 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. peppadew peppers and 4 oz. capicola.
  4. Bake at 900oF for 60 to 90 seconds or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  5. Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and drizzle with hot honey.
