Fire and Smoke Pizza

Yield: One 14" pizza

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 5 oz. Sriracha Infused Pizza Sauce
  • 5 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
  • 2 oz. Onions, caramelized
  • 3 oz. Sausage, cooked, crumbled

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 14” round.
  2. Spread 5 oz. sriracha infused pizza sauce evenly over pizza dough.
  3. Top with 5 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. caramelized onions and 3 oz. crumbled sausage.
  4. Bake at 500oF for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  5. Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and serve.

Sriracha Infused Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Tomato sauce, prepared
  • 1 oz. Sriracha

Directions

  1. Blend 4 oz. tomato sauce with 1 oz. sriracha.
