Ingredients

  • 8 Inch Italian hoagie roll, hinge-sliced
  • 3 oz. Grande Avorio® Fresh Mozzarella, sliced (3 slices)
  • 1 1⁄2 oz. Italian dry salami, sliced
  • 2 oz. Mortadella, sliced
  • 1 oz. Capicola, sliced
  • 1⁄2 oz. Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 oz. Banana pepper rings
  • 1⁄2 oz. Cherry peppers, chopped
  • Red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • 1⁄4 oz. Grande Aged Provolone, shaved
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Slice 3 oz. Grande Avorio® into 3 slices.
  2. Top hoagie roll with 1 1/2 oz. Italian dry salami, 2 oz. mortadella, 1 oz. capicola, 3 Grande Avorio® slices.
  3. Mix 1/2 oz. romaine lettuce, 1 oz. banana pepper rings, 1/2 oz. cherry peppers and add to Hoagie.
  4. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Fold closed and serve cold.
