Peaches and Cream Pizza

Yield: one 12" pizza

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 6 oz. Grande Avorio® Fresh Mozzarella, sliced (6 slices)
  • 3 oz. Grande Stracciatella
  • 3 Peaches Thinly sliced (18 slices)
  • 1 1⁄2 oz. Prosciutto, thinly sliced (6 slices)
  • 9 Fresh basil leaves, small
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Chili flakes, to taste

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough to 12" round.
  2. Top with 6 Grande Avorio slices.
  3. Bake at 500°F-550°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
  4. Remove pizza and cut into 6 slices.
  5. Top each pizza slice with 3 peach slices and one slice of Prosciutto.
  6. Finish with 3 oz. Grande Stracciatella, 9 basil leaves, chili flakes and drizzle of olive oil.
