Pizza Fritta

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Pizza dough
  • 3 oz. Grande Stracciatella
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest

Directions

  1. Cut 6 oz. pizza dough into 3, 2 oz. portions.
  2. Flatten and fry each 2 oz. pizza dough portion at 350°F until both sides are golden brown.
  3. Top each with 1 oz. Grande Stracciatella.
  4. Finish with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with 1 tsp. lemon zest.
