Ingredients
Yield: one appetizer- 6 oz. Pizza dough
- 3 oz. Grande Stracciatella
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. Lemon zest
Directions
- Cut 6 oz. pizza dough into 3, 2 oz. portions.
- Flatten and fry each 2 oz. pizza dough portion at 350°F until both sides are golden brown.
- Top each with 1 oz. Grande Stracciatella.
- Finish with salt and pepper.
- Top with 1 tsp. lemon zest.
