Ingredients
Stracciatella Toast Yield: one appetizer- 3 Italian bread slices, 1-inch thick
- 2 ½ oz. Grande Stracciatella
- 1 ½ oz. Prosciutto, thin sliced
- ½ oz. Arugula
- Honey, to drizzle
- ¼ oz. Pistachio nuts, toasted and crushed
Directions
Stracciatella Toast- Grill Italian bread until marked and toasted on both sides.
- Spread 2 ½ oz. Grande Stracciatella on bread pieces.
- Top toast with 1 ½ oz. prosciutto and ½ oz. arugula.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Finish with ¼ oz. crushed pistachio.
